EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Bolting/Hydrotest Technicians.

Job responsibilities:

• Communication and leadership to drive forward our dynamic department
• Safely and efficiently fault find, repair and re certify all departmental tools & equipment
• Ensure Incoming Items are addressed as per EnerMech procedures
• Ensure project/load out requirements are addressed within allocated time
• Ensure constant improvement of safety, performance and quality standards
• Work as part of a team to uphold the standards of the company and work in line with the company objectives
• Assist with developing the processes to cope with the increasing variation of work scopes & equipment types
• Acceptance of temporary change of worksite due to operational requirements
• Versatile in order to accommodate out of hours work load as required
• Proactively train field personnel as per requirement  

Required Qualifications:
           
• Flange Assembly-Hand/Hydraulic Torque and Bolt Tensioning
• Flange Assembly and Hand Torque Tightening

Required Experience:
 
Essential

• Experience in repair/maintenance and re-certification of bolt, torque & tensioning equipment
• Knowledge & understanding of industry & regulatory equipment test & inspection requirements
• Experience in working to schedules
• Flexibility relating to working hours and location   
• Previous experience in a similar environment

Preferred

• Knowledge of Risk/COSHH/PUWER assessment
• Experience in service and repair of bolt
