Position title:  Field Service Supervisor

Location: Garadagh district, Salyan highway 17

Field Service Supervisor is responsible for in time equipment service according to QAQC procedures, as well as perform equipment maintenance, function test and preparation. Travel to offshore is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Spider/Elevators/Power Tongs and equipment: rigging up, connecting, disconnecting and inspecting as required
• Set up and operate CAM computer as required
• Connect, disconnect and inspect tubulars. Remove thread protectors from casing as required
• Dress/service casing running equipment used
• Align casing for make-up (stabbing)
• Responsible for unpacking/packing casing equipment
• Monitor, test and operate casing equipment
• Inspect all Workshop and Offshore equipment, maintaining it as detailed in the company maintenance procedures and repair as required
• Responsible for completing and forwarding Fault Report Forms to Workshop Supervisor for further action/review
• Responsible for keeping up to date with all new developments in Power Tongs/Units and Handling Tools and operational requirements as instructed
• Assist with equipment maintenance at other bases as required
• Provide daily contact/report to Operations Office whilst on job
• Respect and follow all Frank’s internal policies and procedures
• Other duties as directed
• This work can be physically demanding. These demands may be defined as exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to climb stairs, perform lifting/lowering, pushing/pulling, standing/bending tasks, and endure long hours in possible adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Bachelor Degree (Technical)
• Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience (oil and gas field)
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work to tight deadlines and twenty four hour call
• Pro-active, “can do” attitude and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to seek continuous improvement in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
• Medically fit to perform the role 
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani Language
