Payroll Accountant

Key responsibilities:
 
• Controlling all HR orders related to payroll
• Confrontation of monthly timesheet with AMG system (electron information of checkpoint)
• Handling of monthly payroll of 700/800+ employees
• Calculating different type of payroll; including nightshift, sick leave, vacation, business trip, etc.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for State Social Protection Fund and Statistic
• Allocation of payroll costs
• Forecasting and budgeting of payroll cost of departments,
• Ensuring that all type of cost are accurately collated & entered into ERP system,
• Responsible for financial accounts including budgets and cash-flow,
• Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period,
• Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Assist in year-end closing and auditors in analysis work.

Requirements

- 3+ years of HR payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of Tax Code of AR
- Good experience in HR electronic database (e-gov)
- Ability to work under strict deadline
