A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for General Manager position for its Hotel Units in the Regions.

Key Responsibilities

 To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Hotel and to ensure that various departments are profitable and run according to the standards and defined targets of the Hotel.
 To develop and establish hotel strategies, business policies by establishing critical measurements, determining productivity, quality and customer-service strategies, resolving problems, implementing and managing change.
 To direct and implement plans to secure the business, maximize revenue and remain cost efficient, ensure service excellence and high quality assets upkeep.
 To lead executive committee/department heads to ensure overall profit, service and team member satisfaction goals are met or exceeded.
 To maintain customer confidence by responding to guests regarding the service challenges.
 To review the existing standard operating procedures and further expanding and improving on these procedures.

Skills/Qualifications:

 Above average professional hotel industry reputation with a proven track record of successful and profitable management of 5-Star business and leisure hotels in several GM positions.
 Operations details oriented to ensure highest standard of hotel assets upkeep and services.
 Strong business acumen with strategic thinking for operational efficiency and commercial success.
