Position Title: Furniture Factory Site Project Manager
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan (or any if required)
Reports To: Furniture Factory Director
Objective:
• Ensure Factory Site Installers Team are made aware of their roles and responsibilities with regard to safe working procedures and comply with all company-wise safety policy and procedures;
• Plan, coordinate, cost-control and supervise Furniture Factory projects on installation/handover stage from start to completion;
Responsibilities:
• To be the Furniture Factory representative on site visits on estimation/tendering stage and regular meetings with clients on the running projects;
• To control timely resolution of problems arising in the Factory projects on installation stage;
• To check and control the completeness, quality and “in-time” of the necessary procedures related to Delivery, Installation & Handover of the Furniture Factory Projects from initial to final stage;
• To control and coordinate the sub-contractors activity on site if necessary;
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the similar position;
• Analytical Skills: must be good at planning for large-scale, multi-step projects;
• Fast but Logical Decision Maker;
• Management Skills: must lead their team and keep them motivated and focused on the job;
• Communication: Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, good writing and speaking skills are needed by Furniture Factory Site Project Manager when communicating with employees, subcontractors, procuring materials and dealing with clients
• Technical Skills: must know Joinery/Furniture/Fit-Out methodologies, read blueprints and understand other technical aspects of construction projects;
• Time-Management: Deadlines are crucial in Furniture Factory Projects. Making sure that everything is on time and moving smoothly is a critical part of the job;
