HR Administrator
1. Maintaining the HR personnel files and other HR databases
2. Preparation of orders, instructions and references
3. Run statutory required HR related reports
4. Selection and initial screening of candidates for announced vacancies, short listing of potential candidates, interviewing and closing of vacancy
5. Control the proper substitution, replacement of staff (leaving the company, going for vacation, temporary replacement) have been followed
6. Adaptation training
7. Working with Data Base (1C)
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR administration experience
- Strong experience with employment process
- Strong knowledge of Labor Code of AR
- Good experience in HR electronic database (e-gov)
- Ability to work well in a strict deadline
