Research and consulting company ACT Azerbaijan is announcing vacancy on Research Analyst position. ACT is looking for motivated, sociable person who is interested in research field and is willing to work in the direction of marketing researches. 

Location: Caspian Plaza III.

Working hours: full (10:00 am - 7:00 pm)

Main responsibilities: 

 Project management – planning, budgeting, management and supervision;
 Communication with client on every state of project;
 Development of research instrument;
 Moderation of focus groups;
 Analysis of research results;
 Preparation of final report and presentation of the results;
 Preparation of necessary documents within the scopes of project;
 Development of strategic recommendations;

Main requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree (priority will be given to applicants with a degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology or other humanitarian fields)
 Experience in research or marketing field;
 Literacy in computer programs is a must (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
 Ability of verbal and oral communication in  English and  Russian languages are desirable;

Required skills:

• Interest towards marketing research;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability of analytical and critical thinking;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
• Self-organization and attentiveness towards details.
