Requirements:

Higher education in topography, geography and geodesy

Experience as a Topographer/Surveyor in construction companies is a must

Azerbaijani, English, Russian - fluent

Responsibilities:

a.       Gather information for survey, topographical mapping, cross-sections, horizontal and vertical control, location of right of way, and utility locations to be used in preparation of plans and specifications
b.       Complete Boundary/Retracement surveys
c.       Drafting related to boundary, right of way, topographic surveys, including data reduction, control adjustments.
d.       Preparation of reports and survey certifications
e.       Construction staking preparation and layout
f.        Site surveying and control of contractor surveyors points and applications
g.       As-Built surveys
h.       Setting out of buildings, lines, boundaries and other required items on site requested by Construction/Site Manager
i.        Checking of height levels, plum and alignment
