Promotional Specialist

We are currently looking for a Promotional Specialist who will be responsible for Azerbaijani market. The position will be reporting to Management Center Turkey & Caucasian Area that is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

The candidates who will be applying for Promotional Specialist should be experienced in health, diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.

The position will be based in Baku.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Age between 25-35
• Minimum 3 years experince in the health, diagnostics or pharmaceitucal industry
• Graduated from life sciences, medicine or related fields
• Willing and able to travel around to various locations
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Azeri and English
• Clerical and organizational skills - filing, record-keeping, doing paperwork accurately and on time, etc.
• Superior presentation skills
• Knowing the workings of the health bureaucracy -- HMOs, hospitals, state and federal agencies
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information of products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Making appointments to meet new and existing customers understanding your customers’ needs making presentations to promote products
• Acting as a contact between a company
• Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Checking local regulations for healthcare and inform management on time
• Organizing promotional activities to raise awareness of the company's products in the territory
• Performing market share analysis via market surveys, questinnaires and customer database
• Being in close contact with distributors in the territory in  terms of promotional activities
