Overall purpose of job:

To ensure the timely, accurate and reliable supply of Pharmaceutical and Vaccines products from GSK factories to official distributors in the Georgia.  To ensure products supplied to market are in accordance with local medical and trade regulations. To ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock levels and related issues

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and control the timely and accurate placing of orders and receipt of deliveries from MMW Sofia and GSK Vaccines to local distributors
• Support Consensus Forecasting Mod CF by assisting Core Commercial Cycle in the market and Demand Review Meeting
• Manage and resolve supply issues with GSK factories
• Manage stock out  / low stock & write-offs issues
• Manage tenders orders
• Manage and resolve issues with Distributors
• Ensure stock supplied met local packaging requirements
• Monitoring distributors debts
• Prepare Credit Notes requests
• Liaise with factories to resolve stock quality issues and related customer complaints
• Identify and implement Process Improvements to enhance stock management processes.
• Support Country Manager on project exercises by providing ad-hoc logistics/distribution analysis and advice
• Maintain and improve QMS at local level in line with area of responsibility to ensure that local operations are in full compliance with GSK standards and policies, Target Operating Model, Guide for Commercial Companies and LSOPs
• Assist in the reporting of monthly Logistics Key Performance Indicators, particularly SOLS and Internal Delivery performance

Key Job Dimensions:

• Degree level qualification.
• Previous experience (not less than 2 years) in a related position, preferably with a multi-national company.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international logistics regulations and processes.
• Fluent English, written and oral, essential.
