Position: Shopper Activation Manager Caucasus
Location: Baku
Responsibilities:
• Development of local activity plans based on area guidelines, assuring the most effective brands execution in the market that drive brands market share.
• Prepare and execute new product launches line
• Work with annual strategic media plan
• Monthly media planning and implementation
• Cycle Shopper Activity planning and implementation
• Participation in Sales forecasting
• Budget planning (A&P, IFRS) and control
• POS materials planning, initiating and control of production; in-store execution
Requirements:
• University Degree
• Minimum 2 year experience in FMCG business in sales/trade marketing
• Knowledge of methods and strategies working in MM and Pharmacy channels
• Basic financial for non-finance knowledge
• Basic knowledge on budget and media planning
• Speaks and writes English and Russian fluently
• Communication skills
• Multitasking
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel
