Position: Site Material Coordinator

Work Location: Onshore (Base Office)

Education: Higher education

Work Experience: 3 years or more in Oil and Gas Construction Industry

Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all the Yard engineering Activities are properly and correctly managed directly or by subordinate staff, for the successful execution of the work;
• Organize and coordinate the activities of the Yard geotechnical, construction and package technical activities, tasks and workload providing technical and administrative guidance to the subordinate staff in order to ensure aim sand objectives are effectively and economically achieved;
• Manage the working program to ensure its implementation in accordance with plans, design and specifications;
• Be responsible for interpretation, implementation and improvement of the proposed design solutions;
• Through subordinate staff, initiate and maintain filing system, document review and distribution;
• Monitor and coordinate all phases of the work progress and review subordinate engineers procedures, reports and calculations, ensuring deliverables, equipment, facilities and services meet specified requirements;
• Ensure technical coordination with Client, including attendance at interface meetings;
• Coordinate with the Onsite Yard Engineer, in addition to providing backup to the installation team and advising the Vessel management on technical aspects of the job;
• Be responsible for ensuring that all checklists and other installation records are completed in accordance with the procedures and passed to the QC Coordinator for compilation;
• During onshore preparation, attend sites and carry out inspections to ensure that all the requirements have been met;
• Participate to the critical offshore tasks to ensure their performance according to methodology and ensure the relevant feedback and lesson learned;
• Perform, coordinate and be responsible for all, or a part of, structural constructability;
• Starting for this evaluation, assemble and coordinate all construction activities on the Yard infrastructure projects, bids and studies;
• Apart from relevant technical discipline tasks, also provide assistance to other functions in order to indicate, agree and implement the most efficient and effective solutions for the specific activities;
• Depending on the complexity, also be responsible for whole job technical package.
• Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
