Marketing and Events Coordinator
The leading luxury gourmet brand is looking for a full time marketing and events coordinator to manage all marketing activities of the brand.
Position Objective and Description:
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will participate as one and only member of a Marketing department managing internal and external marketing efforts.
This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support.
The Marketing and Events Coordinator must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills.
This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing of project plans for various marketing and event activities
• Coordinating events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success
• Social Media Management
• Developing and managing of Visual Merchandising guidelines of the brand
• Developing and managing of Customer Service guidelines of the brand; Track customer complaints, forward to customer service and follow up to ensure resolution
• Developing and managing of Customer Loyalty Program guidelines of the brand
• Permanent updating of job knowledge following the food trends, learning the food industry news, trends
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests

• Basic knowledge in graphics arts software (Adobe, Wordpress) and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn
• Marketing/Event/Social Media management experience
• Active social networks user
• Digital knowledge
• Azeri, English, Russian knowledge
