Personnel should be fully competent with material QA/QC inspection

Requirements

Application of relevant measurements according to item/materials type to verify thetechnical specifications as per original request and manufacturer data packagebased on the recommendations by QA/QC technician

Where:

Type as: Linear and Diametric measurements,  Pipe Wall/Plate Thickness, Thread integrity, Visual inspection requirements.
Have broad understanding on the technical requirements for critical items as Valves, motors, compressor, hose, gearbox and pumps, and other electrical, rotational, mechanical equipment. Carryout QA/QC inspection at receipt, issue & return stages of movement and provide appropriate reporting either Inspection Release Notes (IRNs) or Non-conformance reports (NCR) to Company for further processing as per set up procedure.

The CONTRACTOR shall provide Third Party Inspection Services for the COMPANY owned inventory. The provision of Services is within the Republic of Azerbaijan.
