Merchandiser 

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from relevant fields,
• At least 1 year of sales experience in corporate environment, preferably in FMCG companies,
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
• Ability to organise and prioritise the work and good time-management skills,
• Exhibits good negotiation and presentation skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with agents, internal functions and suppliers,
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, (preferably in English)
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Having a Driver`s license,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to the dealers, makes routine check-list controls,
• Applies POP materials to the dealers according to the trade marketing standards and planograms,
• Makes renewals of damaged POP materials and replaces out of dated materials with the new ones,
• Takes photographes of visual materials` arrangements,
• Reports signboard / one way vision damages,
• Updates and corrects detailed dealer information into database/system,
• Follows up updates of products & services, sales & marketing activities, campaigns etc.
• Provides gaming materials to the dealers (if needed),
• If technical equipment available, makes online data entry.
