HSE advisor
Monitors adherence to the Company HSE Policy and Procedures;
Provides relevant information on Health, Safety and Environmental Policies to employees;
Ensures that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and actioned;
Makes planned visit and carry out regular inspections, assessments and audits in line with Company Policy and to recommend remedial actions in writing, as appropriate;
Carries out any safety and environmental training, for which qualified, as requested by management, including safety inductions;
Maintains and produces health, safety and environmental statistics and records and monitor safe storage;
Assists in preparation and review of all safety documentation;
Conducts safety inductions to crew and third party contractors and TBT prior to each shift;
Conducts PTW registration and audit;
Takes part in risk assessment prior to each major task;
Prepares weekly report;
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in HSE;
• Demonstrate good communication skills;
• Proven ability to influence people;
• Ambition to succeed;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
