A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Finance Manager/Director for one of its Hotel Units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implementation of all Accounting & Finance and Information Systems Policies & Procedures;
• Implementation of accounting standards to ensure compliance with local government and IFRS regulations;
• Preparation, supervision and approval of monthly journal entries, balance sheet and income statement;
• Assistance to the General Manager and Head of Departments in the compilation of forecasts covering all activities of the entity

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior work experience in Finance in the Hotel or Restaurant Industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business accounting or other related field;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Azeri & Russian;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills & Accounting/Finance Programs;
• Knowledge of finance, accounting & legal processes;
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication skills;
• Ability to frequently travel to regions of Azerbaijan;
• Preferably knowledgeable of the Uniform System of Hotel & Lodging industry (11th Version)
