Executive Assistant to General Director

Objective:

Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.


Area(s) within responsibility:

Reporting to the Chief of Staff and is responsible for providing senior level secretarial and clerical services.

Key work functions:

Assisting in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Providing support to General Director.
 Main Activities include:
- assisting to General Director;
- providing administrative services to General Director;
- organizing business trips;
- attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
- receiving and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
- liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
- organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
To work as translator/interpreter if needed.

Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• High education;
• At least 3 years of experience;
• Ability to demonstrate good communication skills;
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian);
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook
