About The Role:
To carry out skilled maintenance and repairs to ensure the Engineering department achieves its goals and objectives. Ensure guests satisfaction whilst maintaining Jumeirah Brand and Core standards, and contribute towards the hotel financial objectives.
• Understands the VRV or VRF system.
• Understands fan coil repair and maintenance.
• Understands cooling room system as compressor and evaporator.
• Will eliminate all cooling system failures.
• To complete work orders, PPMs, CWAs as directed.
• To select correct materials from engineering stores.
• To organize work in a skilled and professional manner.
• To advise supervisor promptly of any problems.
• To ensure safe working conditions for yourself and your colleagues and report to senior colleagues any unsafe working conditions.
• To ensure that work areas are left in a safe and tidy condition.
• Read and understand basic drawings
• Work on own initiative without full supervision or direction.
• Request support and direction as needed.
• Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department policies, Processes and procedures.
• To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
About You:
In order to be considered for the role, you will have gained 1 Year formal training (certified) in Air Condition / refrigeration engineering , also you should have with a minimum in 5 years’ experience in hotel engineering field (A/C systems),also ability to repair and maintain independently on cold rooms and other refrigeration equipment’s.
It is also essential that you have strong, communication, problem solving, coaching and cheerful and friendly personality, excellent listening skills, flexible with guest requests with proficiency knowledge of the BMS and knowledge of English language is an advantage.

• Göstəriş əsasında iş sifarişlərinin, Planlaşdırılmış profilaktik texniki xidmət / müqavilə əsasında iş sifarişləri üçün icazələrin tamamlanması
• Mühəndis texnikası anbarlarından düzgün materialların seçilməsi.
• İşin məharət və peşəkarlıqla yerinə yetirilməsini təşkil etmək.
Supervayzerlərə hər hansı problem və ya uğursuzluq barədə məlumat vermək.
• Özü və həmkarları üçün təhlükəsiz iş şəraitinin təmin edilməsi və hər hansı təhlükəli vəziyyət barədə daha yüksək vəzifəli şəxslərə hesabatın verilməsi.
• İş yerinin təhlükəsiz və səliqəli vəziyyətdə tərk edilməsinin təmin edilməsi.
• Əsas çertyojları oxumaq və anlamaq bacarığı
• Ehtiyac olduqda, dəstək və ya göstəriş üçün müraciət etmək.
• Mühəndislik şöbəsinin bütün müvafiq inzibati siyasətlərinə, proses və prosedurlaruna bələd olmaq və riayət etmək.
İşin Tələbləri:
İxtisaslaşma: Ventilyasiya, elektrik sahələrində 1 il rəsmi təlim (sertifikatla təsdiq olunmuş)
Təcrübə: Oxşar vəzifədə 5 il iş təcrübəsi
Bacarıqlar: Kompüter biliyi,Ünsiyyətcil olmaq, İngilis dilində yaxşı yazmaq və danışmaq bacarığı(arzuolunandır),Mükəmməl dinləmə bacarığı,Müstəqil işləmək bacarığı
Səriştəlilik: Komandada işləmək bacarığı,Müstəqil qərar qəbul etmək bacarığı,Şən və mehriban,Qonaqların tələbləri ilə uzlaşə bilən.
