Requirements:

• Education: High education
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years QA/HSE experience
• Language: Azeri, Russian, English (all fluent)
• Computer skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office)

• Excellent problem solving and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tenacious work attitude.
• Should be able to work as a team member. 
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Should be able to handle varied tasks.

Job Description:

• To write and set up HSE policies and procedures whilst maintaining a level of quality through the company and its community.
• Monitor adherence and practice and ensure statutory requirements are being met with.
• Set QA compliance objectives and ensure that targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Carry out general QA/HSE tasks in liaison with Department Managers
• Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses to be investigated, prepare a report on findings and include recommendations to prevent further occurrences.
• Prepare risk assessments and monitor the availability and appropriateness of safety working practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous environmental improvement and implement programmes to deliver these.
• Promote and coordinate the integration of environmental management and sustainability issues into standard policies and services.
• Prepare H&S reports and guidance and information when required.
• Plan and perform internal Quality and Safety audits/inspections with registration and follow-up actions
• Identify & report on Quality and Safety related problems
