Quantity Surveyor 

Key accountabilities:

• Quantity surveying
• Contract documentation
• Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Cost control
• Assistance in tender evaluation
• Participating in purchase orders
• Project planning
• Budget preparation

Required skills/experience:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Project Planning 
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Able to work effectively under pressure and to work with deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Working overtime upon request
