Purpose:
We are looking for the energetic and career oriented Quality & Training Coordinator who will be able to support the Human Resources team in their daily operations. We expect that Coordinator will be an organizing and helping hand to the Human Resources team.
Main Duties:
Reporting to the Human Resources manager, the Coordinator’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Supporting Human Resources Department in the daily operations of the department
Delivering Training Sessions to the Hotel Employees
Overseeing Health & Safety in the Hotel
Compiling annual Training Plans
Preparing requisitions as required
Ordering and maintaining supplies for office/department
Compiling Training Records for the Database
Maintaining Employee Engagement in the Hotel
Experience
Experience in administrational roles at least for 1-2 years;
Demonstrated experience working in a high volume, high pressure environment
Skills
Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Azeri or Russian required
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and applications
Must possess strong organizational and time management stills
