Digital Account Manager

McCann Baku opened a vacance for Digital Account Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for Digital proposition of the Agency, as well as for their project management.

Digital and Social Media experience is a plus, but definitely is not a requirement.

We are looking for a bright, responsible, quickly witted candidate that will be willing to joing the biggest and best digital team in the country.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education. Western Education is a big plus
• English at a high level.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ABILITIES, REQUIRED FOR WORK EXECUTION

• Literate social skills.
• Skills in formulating thoughts, in substantiating opinion.
• Attentiveness, accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability of planning and arranging the work.
• Ability of working under pressure.
• Initiative.
• Ability or intention to compromise and solve a tight situations.
• Skills in business correspondence and drawing up necessary documentation (meeting reports, correspondence with the client, business letters).
• Good understanding of the key points of advertising strategy and marketing policy of the Client.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Work coordination and management of daily business.
• Co-ordination and approval of schedule of work execution with different departments of the Company.
• Timely informing the client of current work, date changes, etc.
• Supervision over the timeliness of issue of invoices, control over the deadlines of  execution.
• Establishment of productive working relationships with the partners within the agency and external partners.
• Regular accounting to the Client (contact/status reports).
• Regular accounting to AD/GM.
