HR Assistant
Reports to: HR Manager
o Handle day-to-day HR operations
o Responsible for employment process from hiring to redundancy
o Preparation of vacation, sick leave & promotion documents
o Addendums & contracts preparation
o Documents processing
o External letters preparation
o Receives and tracks employment applications
Skills and qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
o Minimum 1.5 years of experience
o Experience in working at electronic governmental web portal (www.e-gov.az)
o Fluency in Azerbaijani, English
o Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
