Training Specialist
Reports to: HR Manager & Operations Director
o Identify training needs in conjunction with HR Manager/ Operations Director
o Develop a training schedule to meet identified training needs
o Develop training materials to ensure effective product knowledge for store teams
o Establish and deliver store induction training for all new joiners
o Maintain focus on customer service with initial and refresher training for team members
o Act as a role model influencing the brand team to adopt a training culture
o Measure the effectiveness of training activities, providing a monthly update to HR Manager/ Operations Director
o Plan and coordinate training for Business Process and Standard Operating Procedures
Skills and qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
o 3 years of experience in training in retail , hospitality or customer service operations
o Be immaculately presented
o Knowledge of training products and usage
o Good facilitation and presentation skills
o Well organized and structured approach
o Fluency in Azerbaijani, English
