Mars Tech Limited is seeking candidate for the position of:

Enterprise Sales Manager

Required qualification:

• Extensive experience selling to Enterprise Customers
• Experience in the ICT market is important
• Good communication skills are an absolute must for us.
• People with a drive to succeed and who are motivated by financial rewards
• Degree or above in Business Administration, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of sales in the ICT industry, with at least 1-year hands-on sales experience in Enterprise business.
• Proactive, self-motivated and a good team-player
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Professional manner and results driven
• Very strong commercial understanding and negotiations skills
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop opportunities and work closely to build new accounts and generate increased business within existing accounts
• Liaise with customers at a senior level to build relationships, understand requirements, and qualify leads
• Interact with the professional services team to demo the product for potential clients
• Planning and forecasting deal prospects across the business
