“PASHA Bank” OJSC is seeking a Senior ALM Expert for its Treasury Department.

ABOUT BANK

PASHA Bank is one of Azerbaijan’s leading corporate banks. Established in 2007, we offer all major financial services, including investment banking, trade financing and asset management to a range of clients, from large corporates to small and medium enterprises. The Bank works particularly closely with companies operating in the non-oil sectors of the economy, including agriculture, transportation, construction and retail, which are vital for helping Azerbaijan to diversify its economy.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and support harmonization of analytical standards/measures for maturity transformation;
Propose scenario analysis and forecasting models;
Development of steeting model in line with CAR defined target measures;
Monitors balance sheet activity in order to help preserve economic value;
Supports the development and execution of balance sheet hedging strategies (Interest rate risk management).

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in direction of risk management, audit, financial analyst, financial planning and ALM Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics;
• International Certificates (CFA (1), CIMA, ACCA (F1, F2, F3, F4)).

SKILLS

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and as well as Visual Basic, SQL Programming;
• Time management;
• Working under pressure.
