General Manager

Job duties

• General management of company
• Controlling incomes and expences
• Control sale’s servise and PM departments
• Direct personal to do the work by true way
•  Work to meet all sales targets, plan sales strategies, analyze sales data, and work to expand sales.
• To look through the offers from transportation companies for shipping of equipment
• Managing shipping process
• Controlling the custom process
• Controlling custom and sale’s documents and handing it to the client
• Controlling first installation payment
• The latest handing to the client
• The latest payment
• Agreeing about installation price and date

Job requirements:

• This vacancy is applicable for Male candidates only
• Age: 25 - 40
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
• Knowledge of market research
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills;
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in management, business planning, administration, project management
• Office administrative and management practices and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
• Have strong problem-solving skills and be assertive in challenging situations
• Good communications and negotiation skills
• Strong skills to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with Company staff, business organizations, customers and others encountered in the course of work.
• Ability to accept independent decisions;
• Superior communication, interpersonal & presentation skills;
• Maximum discipline; 
• Salary will be determined by mutual agreement
