Position title: QHSE Specialist
Reports to: Director
Schedule/Location: 5/2, Baku Azerbaijan
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Implementing the QHSE Management System.
• Monitoring QHSE objectives.
• Liaising with local contractors, and agencies regarding QHSE.
• Assessing the local risks.
• Generating local QHSE procedures, work instructions and checklists as required.
• Preparing and monitoring QHSE plans that define how the QHSE Management System is implemented at location level.
• Monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures.
• Plan and assist in compliance audits and self-audits
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree
• At least 3 year experience in QHSE consultancy;
• Working knowledge of international standards in QHSE field;
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Azeri, English, Russian verbal communication and written skills
