Position title: Office and Human Resources Manager

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

BayGroup is an official distributor of watch and jewelry of Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Escada, Fossil, Emporio Armani, DKNY, Marc Jacobs, Esprit, Kenzo, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Adidas and other brands.

HR Duties:

• Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination.
• Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process
• Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments.
• Develops and ensures the Baygroup’s performance management programs and oversee performance evaluation procedures.
• Manage staff training/development program. 

• Maintain all personnel files. 


Office Management Duties:

• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related fields. 

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Resources and Office Management fields. 

• Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database. 

• Strong written and verbal communications skills. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict 
resolution. 

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise 
confidentiality. 

• Highly organized and self-motivated. 

• Knowledge and experience in Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control and Reporting.
