Position title: Brand Manager

BayGroup is an official distributor of watch and jewelry of Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Escada, Fossil, Emporio Armani, DKNY, Marc Jacobs, Esprit, Kenzo, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Adidas and other brands.

Brand Manager duties:

• Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection
• Implement brand plan
• Monitor progress against brand plan
• Be responsible for results against brand plan
• Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization
• Meet and exceed sales goals through effective application of brand’s selling service strategies and techniques
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and ownership of the business by tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales towards meeting and exceeding plan
• Identify and communicate product and inventory needs weekly
• Implement, train, and maintain all brand standards
• Conduct seasonal product knowledge training with retail partners’ sales manager, specialist, and associates
• Develop clear, consistent, and organized methods of communication with, corporate office, and retail partners on a weekly basis via email, phone calls, and/or in-person meetings. 
• Work with retail partner to confirm deliveries are properly processed and on the selling floor in a timely manner

Key Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and a minimum of 1-3 year(s) retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fashion sense
• Exhibit proficiency in computer programs used by the company including: Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of Retail Math and reporting
• Proficient Azerbaijani, Russian and English language skills.
