System Administrator

Position summary: 

Primary role of the applicant will be build and support main office IT Architecture, and be Knowledge Base for the Infrastructure to the rest of the Helpdesk Team (junior team members), under his supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, support and operating viability of LAN and WAN both wired and wireless for all hours of operation
• Manage Active Directory privileges, access right and computer environment by using Group Policy
• Provide Windows Exchange Email Server Support
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
• Install new or rebuild existing servers and configure hardware
• Develop and maintain a Disaster Recovery Plan for networks and systems
• Perform the standard functions of a Helpdesk technician while being an escalation point for team members
• Help Desk support for (40) users, ensure that staff provides timely and considerate customer service to end users by fielding Helpdesk calls and resolving technical issues
• Office IP Telephony System Administration & Configuration (Asterisk)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 3+ years of work experience at similar position
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent
• AD knowledge.
• Office 365 knowledge.
• Firewall systems/ISA server knowledge.
• Cloud/One Drive Knowledge.
• Print/File Server knowledge.
• Cisco IT Telephony – preferable.
• SharePoint technology – preferable.
