Dreamland Golf  Project -  ongoing  Golf community real estate development project designed and built by the leader investor group of Azerbaijan. Very prominent project consisting of: International Golf Club, Golf academy and  driving range, residential premises, health and  spa facilities, commercial areas, entertainment and cinemas, international school, (from kindergarten to high school) medical center for community purpose, VIP and  presidental blocks and etc. 

Dreamland Golf  LLC  is looking for a  “Housekeeping  Supervisor”  

Required Skills:

• University Education;
• Minimum 3  years  of relevant experience ;
• Fluent in English ; 
• Advanced knowledge of  Housekeeping process and procedures;
• Previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching and development;
• Proven excellence in customer service;
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, restaurants, concession stands, suites, and all public spaces;
• Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction;
• Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event crews;
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory;
• Schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members;
• Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all pre and post events;
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct;
• Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
