Job title: Legal Intern

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Responsibilities

• Basic preparation and research into the business and client issues
• Preparation of basic advice  letters relating various areas of Azerbaijani law
• Dealing with public notaries, various state authorities
• Dealing with internal Risk Management procedures and regulations
• Assisting senior legal consultants, Managers, etc. in their work routine
• Participate in client meetings and keep the track of clients and establish clients database

Requirements:

• A university degree in Law (foreign law degree an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani civil legislation
• Minimum 1 year of experience in practicing law
• Fluent English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work full-time and flexible hours.
