We are currently looking for experienced candidate to permanent filling HR Manager position.

Job title: HR Manager

Line Manager: General Manager

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Administrative duties and recordkeeping.
• Create job descriptions and HR policies
• Preparation of internal paperwork related to hiring/promoting /terminating employees; administering personal files, labour books; disciplinary actions; vacation planning, absence recording and other related internal paperwork ensuring observation of local labour requirements;
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
• Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
• Comprehensive understanding of all current employment law legislation.
• Experience of managing grievance and disciplinary procedures.
• Able to develop, maintain and implement HR policies.
• Keeping all company employees are informed of key employment and company issues.
• Employee education and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education: Higher;

Work Experience: At least 5-year experience in HR.

• Knowledge of Labor Code.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Must be poised, patient, courteous, and maintain a professional manner.
• Written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
