Financial Manager

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly, monthly and weekly financial reports and needed budget projections, and adjustments
• Effect financial control procedure for partners’ placing orders. Checking for correspondence of credit and financing terms
• Track partner orders payment schedule
• Collection of payments
• Working in corporate ERP system, registration of documents
• Register, track and analyze local expenditures relative to the budget
• Maintaining all local accounting, interaction with local tax/financial authorities
• Enter daily incoming cash in the Financial Module

Requirements:

Degree in finance, accounting or a related field of expertise preferred
• A minimum of 2 (two) years of work experience in finance and administration
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Knowledge of local accounting
• Knowledge of the local tax accounting
• CIPA or ACCA certificates are desirable
• Confident user of 1C
