IT Lead Specialist/Specialist of Management of Applied Applications Division
OJSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan)
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements;
- Formulating of technical tasks, closely work with business units of the Bank;
- Developing and Implementing of modifications to the existing CBS;
- Developing, implementing and supporting of reports in CBS (Oracle based);
- Training of users;
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technologies, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics field;
- At least 2 year experience in IT;
- System thinking and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of bank processes;
- Knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL ;
- Experience with XML;
- Practical experience with programming languages;
- Experience in Oracle database administration;
- Experience with payment systems XOHKS, SWIFT is preferable;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluent in Russian and Azerbaijan, both written and verbal. English is technical language required.
