• Lead Supervisors:

Co-Ordinator Lead Supervisors performing the Services should have a minimum of 5 years documented experience in steel making and pipe mill production processes and be suitably qualified as Engineer with expertise of welding (and or certified) and NDE certified (UT Level II, RT Level II, MT Level II, PT Level II). in accordance with ASNT (or equivalent Level II)

• QC Inspectors

Contractor QC Inspectors performing the Services should have a minimum of 3 years documented experience in the attributable area (with reference to organisation chart) of inspection processes and be suitably qualified as follows:

Contractor shall demonstrate certification of NDE personnel in accordance with ASNT (or equivalent Level II) and have knowledge of the following:

• API Specifications
• API Recommended Practices
• ASNT / ASME
• NACE
• Welding Processes
• NDE Techniques
• Dimensional Controls
• Heat Treatment Processes
• Protective Coatings
• Pipe manufacturing
• Pipe milling
