POSITION:  Plant Room Operator at Intourist Hotel Baku, Autograph Collection

The HVAC Technician in a hotel must comply with the following rule:

To be familiarly with the policy and Procedure of work place
Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs
Install, maintain and repair technical equipment for job reason when is require
Confirm always the water supply inside the building pass smoothly through domestic pump 
Operate and control mechanical plant room including boiler, pump, hot water tank, elect panels
Registering in log sheet all indication gauges and parameters as per limit standard
Insure all machineries run in good condition without breakdown or alarms
Confirm the water quantity in the main tank matching the level require
Confirm always the water temperature inside tank and supply to building 
Support the engineering team in mechanical and pluming concern when is needed
Operate and control the main water filter production (inlet and output line)
Daily water test PH and TDS and chlorine to be register in log sheet and signed
Daly check generator water level and fuel level and confirm no alarm accrued
Submit a preventive maintenance schedule for machineries which assign by department
Keep in touch with direct supervisor and inform in advance if any prior problem accrued
