Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) is the leading quality manufacturer of hygiene products as baby diapers, household tissue products, and industrial/commercial tissues in Azerbaijan and the Caspian region

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join the Company.

The duties will include (but not limited to):

• Plan and control of all sales activities (Sell-in and Sell-out)
• Work for bigger market share, volume, availability and implement necessary actions (sell and promote tissue and hygiene products)
• Realize individually assigned sales targets and objectives
• Building strong relation with representatives of all sales channels and effectively dealing with sales related problems
• Increasing number of sales channels in designated area
• Following activities of different companies in FMCG sector (market and competition analysis, channels trends, and trade needs)
• Merchandising, planning and  at the point of sales
• Control promotional assets at the sales points
• Create and update sales reports and customers` database

Requirements:

• Good experience of the Azerbaijan market and sales channels (A, B, C categories)
• 5 – 7 years of sales experience
• Driving License (B Category)
• Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow-up capacity
• Reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within the team
• Computer Literate – MS Office and ERP
