Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (CIDC) is the leading quality manufacturer of hygiene products as baby diapers, household tissue products, and industrial/commercial tissues in Azerbaijan and the Caspian region

We are currently seeking an IT Administrator to join the Company.

The duties will include:

• Technical knowledge of file server and PC operating systems (Windows server 2003 & Windows Server 2008, Microsoft SQL server 2005; 2008, ISA 2006 and MS Exchange server)
• Technical knowledge of current data communications, protocols and standards, including
TCP/IP, routers, Ethernet switches
• Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems, as well as experience with various other Microsoft technologies
• Provision of help desk services and technical support
• Hardware and Software tracking/asset management
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• Perform daily backup operations on system files & documents, database files for disaster recovery purposes
• Install, maintain up to date organization-wide antivirus system
• Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
• Contribute to and maintain system standards
• To oversee the operation & maintenance of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Knowledge/Skills

• University degree, preferably in computer science or related technical disciplines
• Two to four years IT Administration experience
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English (both oral and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
