Training Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

To plan, monitor and deliver in-house trainings.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In line with the company’s targets, identify the training needs for the short and medium term and develop the strategies needed to achieve these targets.
Cooperate with department managers in developing the training targets and strategies.
Take part in identifying the training curricula and courses.
Plan and organise the delivery of trainings through trainers.
Develop methods the control the training results and performance.
Report to training performances to the Human Resources Manager.
Identify the training needs of the departments and evaluate these needs.
Keep records of trainings, communicate the training results to the departments and offer guidance for trainings.
Plan orientation trainings and deliver these training according to the plans.
Carry out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: At least a university diploma.
Experience: At least 4 years of related work experience or 2 years work experience in a lower position and experience with applying the main principles and/or different methods.
Foreign Language: Knowledge of English and Arabic to communicate effectively with employees.
Computer Literacy: MS Office applications.
Skills: Expected to possess detailed and comprehensive knowledge of systems/legislation in the related field and offer consulting to other employees when needed. Some roles require practical knowledge of systems/programmes/software in the related field. Responsible for carrying out and coordinating complex activities in different fields.
