System Administrator/IT Department
Requirements:
Higher education (Mathematics, Physics or Computer science is an advantage)
Experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
Experience with Contact Center Systems Avaya CM/IC/CMS/VPMS and QM Systems Nice/Verint
Deep knowledge’s of Unix systems (Linux RedHat, Suse)
Deep understanding of design of multi-tier systems.
Shell scripting
Practical experience with Server (HP ML/DL/BL), Storage (HP 3PAR T7400/EVA P6500) and SAN switches (HP 8/80) hardware systems
Excellent skills in backup processes, backup software (HP DP v8)
Solid understanding of IP Networking (TCP/IP, IP addressing) and common internet services, protocols and applications such as: (DNS, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP)
ITIL knowledge is an advantage
English level at lease Intermediate.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of Unix like operating systems family;
Installing, configuring and supporting system applications;
Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of server and storage equipment;
Monitoring and analyzing systems load and performance;
Plan and perform preventive maintenance works;
Ensure that the infrastructure key systems have a high availability and reliability;
Hardware and Software upgrade/update and replacement;
Perform regular backup of system and configurations files;
React for critical problems;
Improvement of existing systems;
To carry out duties according IT policy and procedures;
Troubleshooting of problems on system levels including hardware and software problems;
Control 3rd party companies works related with IT;
Participate in the development, delivery, and support of new IT infrastructure systems, tools and technologies according İT Development targets/plans;
Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems;
Perform in time notification about business affected problems on the İT system elements;
Preparation of reports on areas of responsibility;
Report on system statuses, failures, violations, performed preventive works and actions;
