Mars Tech Limited is seeking candidate for the position of:

Technical Project Officer  (ISP-related projects)

Required qualification:

• Good knowledge of packet-switched network
• Understanding of circuit-switched network
• Hands-on experience in converged networking
• 3 year experience in the telecommunications area
• 1 year experience in project management or managing minimum 3 projects
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English & Russian languages
• University degree in relevant field/sphere
• Driving license is preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of different projects
• Participate in the development, delivery, and support of technical infrastructure systems
• Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems
• Responsible for installation, implementation, integration, acceptance, operations and maintenance of assigned platforms
• Execution of the duties in compliance with the procedures and instructions
• Ensure compliance of executed works to the business procedures and instructions
