Key Responsibilities

• Implements a social media strategy
• Manages social media sites
• Engages in dialogue and monitors customer issues
• Searches for news/articles to post
• Develop policies and procedures across all deliverables.
• Implements social media campaigns
• Manages social media campaigns
• Uses social networking analysis tools
• Provides feedback to higher ups
• Promotes social media within the organization
• Monitors internet for brand related topics of conversation
• Build a brand ambassador network
• Understand how the social media impacts search traffic
• Manage change and adopt social media into the corporate culture
• Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on processes and operations
• Management of a third party company providing social media services

Experience & Core Skills Required

• 5 + years’ experience in a related field.
• Good knowledge of website analytics job.
• Must demonstrate a track record of delivering under high pressure and demanding operational environments.
• Hungry for information, professional on-the-spot communication skills
• Resourcefulness
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
• Reporting skills bases on analysis of daily operations
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks’ native web apps, 3rd party social media tools, and “the internet” to run it all.
