HEAD OF CONSULTING SERVICES (TAX, ACCOUNTING, AND FINANCIAL REPORTING)

Job Summary:

Assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of financial services in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company & its Clients.
Provide accuracy and compliance of accounting and tax records based on requirements of Azerbaijani legislation.

Responsible for:

• Managing tax, finance and accounting teams & ongoing projects;
• Seek and attract new customers;
• Prepare service proposals;
• Interact with clients.

Job Requirements:

• Higher degree in finance & accounting or relevant;
• Excellent knowledge of Local accounting standards and regulations (knowledge of IFRS is a plus);
• Excellent knowledge of local tax legislation and reporting;
• Managerial skills;
• Project Management & presentation skills;
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Efficient and hard-working personality;
• Strong written and verbal communication & negotiation skills;
• Strong computer skills (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related finance suites as 1C, BTP;
• 3-5 years experience in finance, tax and accounting (preferably in consulting company) in a senior position;
• Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
