OJSC DemirBank is looking for a Payroll Specialist for its Head Office.

Position Summary:

Member of the HR team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of Bank’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities for the right candidate.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

 Perform daily payroll division operations;
 Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely;
 Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports;
 Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits;
 Process correct calculations and compliance;
 Execute attendance processing and interface with payroll;
 Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks;
 Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary;
 Develop operational reporting as needed;
 Researches, analyzes and resolves payroll-related problems or questions;
 Compiles financial, tax and payroll reports for both internal and external purpose submits to supervisor for review;
 Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll forms and reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections.

Main Requirements

 Working knowledge of payroll best practices;
 Strong knowledge of local regulations;
 Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel;
 Strong work ethic and team player;
 High degree of professionalism;
 Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material;
 Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills;
 Ability to communicate with various levels of management;
 Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
 Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills;
 University degree in economy, business administration or finance;
 Advanced PowerPoint skills required;
 Excellent communication and English language skills (oral and written);
