Job Description:                       

•         Workload Management
•         Effective logging of all requests from customers related with ERP Platform
•         Hold Stakeholder discussions to prioritize requests
•         Gain Stakeholder buy-in to set priorities
•         Effective management of changes to workload and/or priorities
•         Periodic status to key Stakeholders related to workload management Stakeholder Communication
•         Periodic formal meetings with key Stakeholders to discuss ERP Platform status
•         Periodic status reports to key Stakeholders providing overall status related to changes and defect fixes
•         Weekly meetings with IT HoD for area statusing and understanding priorities
•         Periodic meetings with CIO and Direct Manager for statusing

Team Management

•         Effective management of all team members ensuring proper work load and priorities are set according to work demands
•         Day-to-Day management of changes and defect fixes and communication with all team members
•         Full administrative responsibilities for all team members, as per Bakcell HR Policies
•         Responsible for team morale and overall effectiveness
•         Responsible for timely disciplinary action, as required
•         Responsible for escalations to IT HoD and/or CIO for any issues, as required

Managerial

•         Weekly team management according to objectives set by IT HoD and/or CIO
•         ERP Change Management
•         Project Management
•         Initial point of vendor relationship management (Oracle and Oracle partners)
•         Contact person for escalated support requests
•         Follow-up of projects, change requests and trouble tickets
•         Manage own time efficiently to ensure work is completed on time and with quality and full satisfaction of customer
•         Ability to perform the job in irregular hours

Operational

•         Business process mapping
•         Definition of functional and non-functional requirements
•         Gap analysis of requirements vs. the standard functionality of Oracle e-Business suite
•         Promotion of the standard functionality of Oracle e-Business suite
•         ERP system integration with other information systems
•         Annual verification of user's ERP access
•         Fully comply with Oracle Applications Implementation (AIM) method
•         Fully comply with the ERP Change Management Guideline of Bakcell
•         Fully comply with the IT Change Management Guideline of Bakcell
•         Fully comply with all administrative requirements of Bakcell
 
Education:                                

University degree in Economics (preferably Accounting) or Information Technology is a must; CBAP, CIMA, MBA or ACCA is an advantage
 
Languages:                                         

Fluent English is a must; Fluent Azeri is an advantage; Russian is welcome
 
Computer skills:                       

MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook; ORACLE PL/SQL; ORACLE OEBS; Accounting; Business analyses.
 
Experience:                                        

3 years in accounting; 10 years in ERP.
