Business Analyst
Requirements:
High Technical Education
BS degree from engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences or Telecommunication area
2+ years’ work experience in wireless/ Information and Communication technologies industry
Strong commercial management skills including contractual and commercial negotiation experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of mobile voice and data solutions
Fluent Azerbaijani, upper intermediate English and Russian
Excellent MS Office skills
Driving license is preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of telecommunication technology, business processes, and industry requirements
Act as a liaison between commercial and technical solutions/support groups, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate commercial requirements, applying your extensive knowledge of their business and develop requirement specifications
Responsible for collecting approved commercial and technical requirements, documenting them and translating into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools
Developing visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design
Creating of UML design for requirements
Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships to support
Management of scope and expectations
Participating in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment; and providing time / resource estimates for assigned tasks
By fulfilling working duties execution of the immediate superviser & department manager’s verbal & written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules
Fulfillment of the works in compliance with the procedures and instructions
Fulfill business process results, performance indicators,implementation of the responsibilities
Preparation of the corresponding reports regarding responsible areas
Respects deadlines and organizes tasks accordingly
Provide confidenciality of the company data
