About Your Job:

In this exciting new role you will identify, plan and deliver marketing and e-commerce initiatives that will drive and achieve the revenue budgets, department objectives and KPI's. Ensures compliance to marketing and commercial strategy across the market and ensure that marketing activities are performed to plan and to budget. You will contribute directly to the delivery of the revenue targets by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy.
You will directly contribute to the delivery of the Sales revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that targets existing and new markets, particularly e-marketing.

Responsibilities of your role:

Your key responsibilities will include the design and implementation of an integral marketing strategy per class of service and customer segment in the market segment for Azerbaijan. You will also ensure all marketing communications collateral and brand exposure are in line with Visual Style Guidelines as well as planning and implementing customer retention activities. You will plan and carry out all marketing campaigns whilst maintaining accurate records of budget expenditure on a monthly basis through to the carrying out of post-campaign evaluation reports.
You will carry out Market Research, competitor analysis and customer surveys and will also manage external marketing and PR agencies. You will need to effectively manage e-communications to all trade customer segments and manage internal and external events and exhibitions as well as attending out of hours events where needed.
The successful applicant will develop, manage and market Qatarairways.com website in Azerbaijan  to maintain its position as key direct sales channel for the airline.
The focus of this role will be to identify, plan and implement sales initiatives, e-marketing activities, in order to increase on line sales, strengthen strategic online partnerships and improve overall customer experience on Qatarairways.com in Azerbaijan

About You:

To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelors’ Degree or an equivalent industry recognised diploma or qualification with preference to a degree in Tourism/Aviation field-Marketing Oriented. You must be PC literate (word/excel/PowerPoint).QR main applications (Amadeus/LARS/TeamSite/QSales).
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of job related experience. 2 years experience in Airline industry with marketing knowledge and 3 years of customer care experience. You must have excellent Command of written and spoken English, with string negotiation/problem solving skills.
